The traineeship which had been focused on hardware was helpful for that. Within a short time he became senior engineer for CAN/CANopen driver development for different compilers, CPUs, CAN-controller and peripherie components. During the last years Steffen Rose widened his know-how by developing a ressource saving bootloader for CANopen.

Next to management activities Steffen Rose is responsible for the embedded software development of emotas embedded communication GmbH. In addition he carries embedded development projects and integration support out, either at the customer’s place or at emotas.
