CANopen Tools
CANopen is a communication protocol based on CAN, which is defined by CAN in Automation e.V. (CiA) and internationally standardized as European standard EN 50325-4.
The CANopen UpdateManager is a software tool developed for firmware download with a focus on ease of use. A named-user license of the tool is already included in the scope of delivery of a CANopen Bootloader.
The emotas CANopen NetworkDesigner enables the design of a complete CANopen network including all devices and communication relationships. The corresponding source code for all components is automatically generated by the tool.
THE EMOTAS CANOPEN DEVICEEXPLORER IS A VERSATILE TOOL FOR DEVELOPMENT, TEST, DIAGNOSIS AND SERVICE TASKS. THE TOOL PROVIDES CANOPEN MASTER FUNCTIONS AND THUS ALLOWS THE INSPECTION AND CONFIGURATION OF CANOPEN DEVICES.
The CANopen DeviceDesigner is an easy-to-use tool for fast and cost-saving design of CANopen devices. With a few clicks the user assembles the object dictionary of the device from predefined profiles and specifies the properties of the objects.
